Randi is a 200hr certified yoga instructor specializing in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Kundalini styles of yoga. She is also a personal trainer, nutrition coach, group fitness instructor, and is certified in Reiki Healing. Her goal is to help you be consistent and successful in your fitness, health and wellness goals.

Heated Yoga Flow
A lightly heated, 60 minute, traditional vinyasa style yoga class. Each instructor leads you through a unique flow offering hands on adjustments, modifications, challenges and breathwork.
Spin is indoor cycling. Low impact, high intensity cardio with high energy and pumping music!
Strength and Resistance
This 60 min fitness class with focus on body weight exercises, mobility and use resistance bands, loops and dumbbells to strengthen and tone.
A gentle yoga, perfect for beginners, those with mobility issues, or if you just want to slow down and relax from a stressful day! Plenty of stretching and focus on alignment within each pose.
A yoga flow designed to make you feel strong, fluid and empowered! Allow yourself to be challenged in different ways, while the instructor also offers modifications and plenty of stretching.
For this yoga class, we slow down. Using props (bolsters, blocks and blankets), Lauren will lead you through a series of relaxing, stretchy poses. You hold each pose for 5-7 minutes, while focusing on your breath and entering a stage of deep relaxation. Savasana is performed with Laruen's amazing singing bowls!
This early AM class wakes your body up with plenty of stretching and soft movement, followed by a powerful yoga flow!
