About the event
Come release and restore with me for this 90 min restorative yoga and full moon ritual experience. The Full Moon is in Virgo this time and this will mean organization and clarity for you and your life. We will move through a 45 mins resotrative yoga practice, a 10 min meditation, journaling and writing prompts, a burning ceremony and ending with a grounding meditation. Bring a mat, your journal, and a friend!
